Yeah, Ganon/Ganondorf probably is going to come back 'cause Nintendo always finds a way. ALWAYS.

Please. No ponies.

Hopefully he doesn't make any kind of physical appearance in Skyward Sword. I'm tired of Ganondorf.

Of course, if Nintendo really wants to keep teasing fans about a potential timeline then they'll need to keep him out of this, since they've confirmed this is before OoT.

I would enjoy having a new antagonist but if Ganondorf/Ganon appears I hope its just as a cameo.

I do think that the whole Ganondorf concept has gotten rather old. However, Nintendo seems to think that without Ganondorf, there can be no Triforce. Since the Triforce is a very important element to many of the Zelda storylines, Ganondorf is sure to follow. My solution is to have a game where the Triforce is in fact not split into thirds, or else wise have Ganondorf not be in possession of a piece of it.

Well, since this is presumably set before the imprisoning war and Ocarina of Time, it would make sense that Ganon wouldn't have a piece of the Triforce and that he might not even be a problem at this point.

If it's a prequel, I doubt he'll be the antagonist, since he first came to be evil in Ocarina of Time. Then again, like I always say, "lolZeldaTimeline".

Hell, Ganondorf shouldn't even be BORN at this point.

However, prophecy says that a man is born to the Gerudo once every 100 years. Now, if SS takes place a hundred and some years before OoT...

We might have our antagonist.

Dies first.

Maybe Link can be the man born every hundred years this time. That'd be neat. But also wouldn't happen.

Well, it also could be that Ganon was the first Gerudo male to gain proficiency in the realm of sorcery, thus allowing him to make himself immortal or at least age very, very slowly. Purely speculation and mostly not true, though.

Actually, now that I think about it, that might have some grounding. Considering that his surrogate mothers were several hundred years old in OoT, perhaps he has their gift of long life...

Hell, maybe Twinrova IS the main antagonist of SS. That'd be awesome. Or Majora. Bring back those under-appreciated villains.
